CANCELLATION POLICY

I’m so excited to have you in the studio! These policies are here to keep appointments running smoothly, respect everyone’s time, and ensure every client has the best experience possible. First-Time Appointments To reserve your first visit, a non-refundable $10 deposit and a valid card on file are required. Your deposit will be applied toward your discounted first-time service. Before your appointment, please complete your intake forms. They help me review any health concerns, medications, or accommodations that may affect your service so we can make sure it’s both safe and comfortable. If you need me to resend them, just let me know! Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment. Appointments rescheduled within the 12-hour window will incur a 30% rescheduling fee, which will be applied toward your next appointment. Clients who no-call/no-show or have two late cancellations will be removed from online booking and future appointments will require contacting me directly and prepaying at the time of booking. Running Late? I’ve built a little extra cushion into my schedule for traffic, coffee runs, bathroom breaks, and life’s little surprises. If you’re running more than 5 minutes behind, please send me a quick text so I know you’re on your way. If you arrive after half of your appointment time has passed, we may not have enough time to complete all scheduled services or may need to reschedule, depending on the service and availability. If I haven’t heard from you by that point, your appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled. Health & Safety First Your skin’s health always comes first. Please contact me before your appointment if you: * Are currently taking, or have taken, antibiotics or steroids within the last 14 days. * Have used Retin-A, tretinoin, retinol, or similar products on the treatment area within the past 14 days (for facial waxing or facial services). * Have taken Accutane within the last 12 months. These medications can make your skin much more sensitive, and I’d rather reschedule than risk damaging your skin. If you’re ever unsure whether something is okay, just ask! Kids & Guests Children and guests are always welcome! Just let me know ahead of time so I can make sure the room is set up for everyone’s comfort and safety. Need a Different Appointment Time? If you don’t see a day or time that works for you online, send me a message! Whenever possible, I’ll do my best to fit you into a time that works better for your schedule. My Promise to You Respect goes both ways. If I’m ever more than 12 minutes late to your appointment, you’ll receive 10% off your service as a thank-you for your patience.
